Joseph Abdulai Koroma

Joseph Abdulai Koroma, a native of Sierra Leone, is the manager of World Hope’s Human Resources & Administration Department in Sierra Leone. Joseph joined World Hope in February 2017. Prior to this, Joseph worked for nearly a decade in a similar capacity with other organizations, including ASA Microfinance (SL) Limited, Concern Worldwide Sierra Leone, Childfund Sierra Leone, and Centre for Youth and Exploited Children. Joseph holds a degree in Political Science from Fourah Bay College at the University of Sierra Leone and three post-graduate certificates from the University of Australia. Joseph has recently begun pursuing a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development through the University of Salford online program.
