Derek Rattray and his wife Jenny Gaines-Rattray serve as Country Directors for The Bahamas and oversee the Hope Garden Project.

His professional background consists of 30+ years of food sales and grocery management. He has extensive experience in negotiating, product line growth, meeting deadlines and product representation.

In 2017 Derek had a profound sense that God was calling him to help work with people living on the street and he began helping with church programs serving the vulnerable in his city.  Coming alongside and working with vulnerable people continues to be his passion.
