World Hope Canada began in the year 2000, when Anne Medders and Georgina Hayes were visiting Odessa, Ukraine.
It’s always such a treat to visit Beulah Camp and this year was no exception. The Evening on the Boulevard found Pastor Rod Guptill of Woods Harbour Wesleyan Church in Nova Scotia, shown above, selling lobster rolls. This is a fundraiser Woods Harbour Wesleyan has done for a number of years and all the funds go to support Hope House in Ukraine. They raised over $1,500!! BRAVO!
We’d like to send out a big thank you to Mark & Karen Cooney and the VBS kids again this year. The kids worked tirelessly all week to raise funds to support our Fish for Hope program in D. R. Congo and they raised $1,100, enough to provide one week of training for 80 fish farmers!
I love Beulah because it’s such a great opportunity to connect with those who love the work we do. Can’t wait till next year!!
